Commented Issue: The Add-GoGridLoadBalancer cmdlet fails when the -Description parameter is not specified.

There is a bug in the implementation of the Add-GoGridLoadBalancer cmdlet where if I don't specify the -Description parameter creation of the load balancer fails with a 400 Bad Request. Since this parameter is not mandatory this should not cause an error.

Comments: This bug doesn't appear to exist. When it was reported the actual underlying error was because of an invalid input on the -Image parameter. The description field is fine. However there are some formatting changes to this code required just to make it consistent.
